Kiel-ing Me Softly

Last night, Gunner Kiel accepted the Mr. Football trophy for the state of Indiana at his high school in Columbus, Indiana. While accepting the award, the student body chanted 'LSU'. Is LSU the new leader for Gunner Kiel? Gunner Kiel is probably not even sure. Notre Dame fans immediately reacted negatively to the news after believing that Kiel was an Irish lock. According to the Indianapolis Star, Kiel's decision will be a gut feeling. Therefore, the decision from Kiel has not even made. All rumors stating otherwise must be rumors or Kiel is not announcing his commitment for some reason (but, it would unlikely there would be a reason). Is LSU the leader for Kiel? Although this is the way that it appears to be trending, no decision has been made. It would be reasonable to believe that Gunner Kiel will still be attending Notre Dame next semester. When making an important decision under such strenuous circumstances, it is reasonable to believe that an individual would make a desperate decision to stay at home. If Kiel is deciding with his "gut", then his selection will be Notre Dame. However, nothing in Kiel's recruitment has been predictable. The decision will probably come in the next few days. Hopefully, Notre Dame fans will be an early Christmas present from Gunner Kiel.
