Over the weekend, Brian Kelly received a commitment from 2013 Offensive Line prospect Steve Elmer (6'6'' 297 lbs.). Elmer had offers from Michigan, Michigan State, Mississippi State, Syracuse and Wisconsin . Scout.com has Elmer as a 4-star recruit for 2013 and one of the top five Offensive Tackle prospects for 2013 (in no specific order). Elmer is one of the first players to commit to Notre Dame two years in advance of his freshmen year.
